Capleton is set to return to Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court later this month after his day in court came to a halt due to a bomb threat last week.

The entertainer’s lawyer, Christopher Townsend explained that the court time was shortened and all the matter was adjourned to other dates.

According to Mr. Townsend, he made contact to the police officer who is investigating the matter and he was informed that there is some difficulty with the Centre For Investigation Of Sexual Offences & Child Abuse (CISOCA) to get the lady that accused the ”Fyah Man” for rape and extortion to come in for her question and answer.

To date, the lady hasn’t presented herself for questioning and they are still trying to locate her, he was told.

Capleton is to reappear in court on September 21.

It was alleged that the Reggae/Dancehall singer had forced sexual intercourse with a female hairdresser who he hired to groom his hair at a New Kingston hotel on April 28.
